I wanted to make a two layered cake for father's day...but the cakes kinda fell apart so I made two single layered cakes. Nothing special, just out of a cake mix box and a can of frosting. Not vegan, but I baked it without eggs. I replaced the eggs with a mix of apple sauce, bananas and flax seeds.
